This includes two appointments.
Initial Visit: 60 mins 
Follow-up: 20 mins
 

This is a great option if you haven't seen a healthcare provider in the last year or want to get a clear picture of your overall health.  

This visit includes: 

• Health history

• Medication review

• Risk factor assessment

• Your laundry list

• Physical assessment

• Age-appropriate cancer screening

• Any test or referrals deemed necessary

Our goal is to update preventative cancer screening, address any immediate concerns, and create a plan with recommendations and guidance for ongoing monitoring.

A summary of your visit will be emailed to you once we have the results from all your tests.  At this point, you will be requested to book your follow-up to review your results and allow us to answer any questions you might have.
