How it Works
Book your Appointment
Booking is simple. Create a profile in our booking system, choose your provider and select our Comprehensive Health Assessment. appointment. Add any extra details to the appointment notes. Watch for a message from your provider through our secure portal with a detailed Health Assessment attached. This allows us to prepare for your appointment.
Meet your Nurse Practitioner
Be sure to check your booking confirmation for directions on how to access our space and locate our comfortable waiting room. During your visit, your Nurse Practitioner will take the time to understand your concerns, review your health history, and create a clear plan which may include labs, imaging and specialist referrals where appropriate.
Results and Follow-Up
Once you have completed any testing, please book your complimentary follow-up to review your results with your Nurse Practitioner.
